Delete Your Data

Cardinal does not require an account. Birth data (date, time, city) and preferences are stored on your device. When you request charts or readings, this data is sent to the Cardinal server to generate your readings.

You can remove data stored on your device at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling Cardinal. To request deletion of any data associated with your device on the Cardinal server (for example cached readings, credit ledger, or analytics events), fill out the form below or email [email protected].

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your device ID, cached readings, credit balance, and analytics events from our server. Purchases made through Google Play are managed by Google — we revoke server-side entitlements but cannot refund or remove Google Play records.
